Julia Rose Adams is a classically trained baker and culinary artist with a love for sweets, incredible business acumen, and a radiant personality. Her passion for all things cake began immediately after high school when, in 2009, she began working at the Sweet Tooth Fairy, where she worked for nearly 6 years and left the company as a store manager. While earning a culinary arts degree from Utah Valley University, she completed an internship with Carrie's Cakes—a longtime wedding and event bakery serving the Salt Lake metro area—and during that same time also began work as a manager of the bakery arm of Sodalicious, a drinks and sweets shop with several locations across the Midwest. After managing the Sodalicious bakery for 3 years, baking 20,000 cookies and other sweets every week to distribute to every location, she decided to leave the company to raise her young boys. Julia now works as a stay-at-home mother and a small business owner, creating delicious cakes for any occasion all from her home in Provo, UT.
